• Google Sign-In – user authentication

Children’s Privacy

CellFit is not intended for children under the age of 18. Users under 18 should only use the app with parental or guardian supervision and consent.

CellFit provides general fitness guidance and workout routines for informational purposes only. Content within the app is based on personal experience and is not intended to replace professional medical, health, or fitness advice.

2. Exercise Disclaimer

By using CellFit, you acknowledge that:

• All exercises are performed at your own risk
• Physical activity involves inherent risks
• You are responsible for assessing your own fitness level

CellFit strongly recommends consulting a qualified healthcare professional and/or personal trainer before beginning any new exercise program.

3. No Medical Advice

CellFit does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any information provided within the app should not be considered medical guidance.

4. User Responsibility

You agree to use the app responsibly and in accordance with your physical abilities and personal circumstances.

5. Service Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the app at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CellFit shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of the app or reliance on its content.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update this Privacy Policy & Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Australia.

Delete Your CellFit Account

You may request deletion of your CellFit account and all associated personal data at any time.

To request full account deletion, please email us from the email address associated with your CellFit account:

support@cellfit.com.au

Once verified, we will permanently delete your account and all associated data, including workout history and profile information, within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

Delete Workout Data Only

If you wish to keep your account but remove your workout history or statistics, you can do so directly within the CellFit app using the available reset and clear statistics options.

If you prefer, you may also contact us at support@cellfit.com.au and request that we delete your workout data on your behalf.

Important Information

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
• Deletion requests must be sent from the email address associated with your account.
